Return Policy for Unlocked Cell Phones and Wireless Accessories
This Return Policy applies to "Unlocked Cell Phones" and "Phone-Only (no plan or contract)", as well as Wireless Accessory purchases made on our website (not including accessory purchases made through "cellphoneshop.net"). ( for phone with plan & 2yr contract purchases, please refer to LetsTalk Returns and Simplexity Returns . All of our unlocked cell phones come with a 30-Day Warranty unless otherwise stated within the product description. Our 30-Day Warranty protects you against manufacturer defects and begins on the date of purchase. If you experience any problems with your product upon delivery, please contact us immediately using the Return/Exchange Form
at the bottom of this page to describe the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Our unlocked cell phones come with a 15-day return/exchange period. You have the option to return your product for a 100% in-store credit or have the amount, less a 15% Restocking Fee, applied back to the credit card used at checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Wireless accessories have a 30-day return/exchange period.
- Use the Return/Exchange Form at the bottom of this page to request an RMA
number (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
- After we provide you with an RMA number along with the appropriate return shipping address for your product, continue to the next step.
Place product(s), all included accessories, and original packaging back into the original
Place the manufacturer's box(es) in a separate shipping box (a brown shipping box or shipping company-provided box is preferred).
Use a traceable service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible
for lost or damaged returns.
- Return the package to the address we provided you with your RMA number.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Return Policies and Guidelines
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's expense. All Products must be returned within 7 days of RMA# issuance. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage. Product must be in the original manufacturer box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Product must be 100% complete with all original box(es) and packaging materials. The manufacturers box must have the original UPS codes legibly visible. The box must contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other materials and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- All phones must be returned within 15 days of purchase. After this 15-day period, the standard return policy does not apply and the item will be returned back to sender at their expense.
- Defective products must be reported to us within 48hours of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition received.
- Products must be in original packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
- Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery date through a traceable service (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).
- All components, packaging, and manuals must be returned.
- A clear return address must be on the package.
- Items not in compliance with return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.
- An RMA # is required for all returns and can be obtained using the Return/Exchange Form below. Returns without RMA # will not be accepted.
- Free standard shipping is available on all exchanges.
